I am a gowth-oriented, digital savvy marketing leader with more than 15 years’ experience driving revenue for some of the most innovative healthcare organizations. I have deep knowledge of all aspects of omni-channel marketing with proven success designing multi-channel lead generation engines that align brand storytelling, product messaging, leading to real revenue growth.

Strategy vs. Tactics:
I have formulated my agency on the principle that "strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat". (Sun Tzu). Having worked on the client side for many years, I was often frustrated with consultants who formulated elaborate plans that sat on a shelf and marketing agencies who were biased toward their own tactics that generated billable hours but did not leverage internal resources or focus on actual growth. ViVe is a hybrid that allows me to recommend strategies that work while leveraging a vast network of tactical resources to complement my client's internal team.

Engagement Models:
Clients typically engage with me in two ways. First, on a monthly hour-based retainer for durations between 6-to-12 months. Second, on a project basis if there is enough definition around the scope of work. I also partner with agencies who then bill my services to their clients.
